US Department of Health & Human Services – In collaboration with Calvin Edwards & Company The Legacy Group develops highly specialized annual grant letters of agreement for the Community Based Abstinence Education Program Office and its nonprofit grantee organizations.

Texas HHSC - Selected as a leading Regional Intermediary for the Twogether in Texas marriage education initiative our team in the High Plains of Texas created a vast network of marriage advocates. Nearly 200 organization leaders from the nonprofit, state government and church are becoming a coalition to bring a renaissance for marriage to the people of Texas Panhandle. By the end of the first contract year we expect to have trained more than the 10% state target of couples who plan to get married.
